Ohh... not only stunning, this lovely CNY cake crafted by World Pastry Champion Chef tasted absolutely divine. The cake consisting of layers of crispy almond croustillant, light vanilla almond sponge, fresh strawberry yuzu compote, tangy yuzu creameux and light, creamy cheese mousse was bursting with flavour, every bite feels like heaven! 🤤
